A pleasure to play
Considered a shot-maker’s course that requires strategy and rewards accuracy, Carleton is a well designed and walkable course that offers new challenges on every hole for both low handicappers and the casual golfer.
Carleton is the original home club of PGA Tour professional Brad Fritsch, was host to the 1998 and 2002 CPGA Senior Championships and the Quebec/Eastern Ontario Women’s Amateur Championships (2013).
Outstanding course conditions
Carleton is well known for its pristine fairways, challenging, manicured greens, thanks to our exceptional Course Superintendent and General Manager, Joel Trickey and his team. Joel has been with Carleton for more than 20 years and is widely considered one of the region’s best at what he does.
In recent years, the club has also been working with Ian Andrew, the course architect behind Weir Golf Design who has developed a reputation for his renovation and restoration work on many of Canada’s greatest courses.
“Anyone who has played our course will tell you that it’s both very playable and a good test of skill,” says Joel.
“Our commitment to providing our members with a great golf experience is why we place such emphasis on having excellent course conditions and why we work with experts like Ian. We want to ensure that Carleton continues to offer an enjoyable and challenging golf experience not only today, but well into the future.”View scorecard
